Customer Service Representative

This is not for Retail/Cashier Customer Service, this is a fast passed healthcare distributor/manufacturer seeking qualified applicants to have experience in Taking orders, following up with Customers, Product explanation and very detailed oriented. 

Shift time: 8:30am-5:00pm

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide product support to customers and sales representatives. Processing of orders received from customers electronically, faxed and verbally

2. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Customer Service Manager


  •  Answer Calls
  •  Enter orders, confirm orders and proof orders
  •  Provide product support to customers & sales representatives
  •  Print a hard copy of the order
  •  Print the order (a pick) and give to warehouse to process
  •  Process credit and dealer applications
  •  Provide return authorizations
  •  Print orders in warehouse report and check status of order
  •  Process drop ship orders that are ready to invoice
  •  Correct errors in shipping
  •  File claims with shipping partners for damaged or lost product
  •  Allocating of received product
  •  Handle customer complaint calls, log, start QC
  •  Any duties deemed necessary by manager


  •  Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures
  •  Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  •  Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  •  4 year degree prefered
  •  1-3 years customer service experience
  •  Ability to multi-task effectively
  •  Good oral and written communication skills


  •  Able to sit for long periods of time


  •  Computer, Copier, Fax Machine, Scanner
